The Austrian Throwdown is not just Austria’s most important Functional Fitness event – it’s the heart of a movement that has been growing steadily since 2015. What once started as a small “by the box for the boxes” competition has become a fixed highlight in every fitness enthusiast’s calendar.
Imagine this: 600 athletes from across Europe fighting for glory and honor, while you explore the latest innovations in the Vendor Village or level up your skills in hands-on workshops. For the first time ever, the action expands across multiple competition floors – moving from one to at least two – creating an even more dynamic and immersive experience. The Arena Nova vibrates with energy as the finals take over the main stage. The scent of healthy food fills the air, mixed with the sound of barbells hitting the floor. This is the Austrian Throwdown – where competitors become friends and spectators become athletes. History is written here. Every year.
