The Austrian Throwdown isn’t just Austria’s most important Functional Fitness event – it’s the heart of a movement that’s been growing steadily since 2015. What started as a small “by the box for the boxes” competition has become a fixed highlight in every fitness fan’s calendar.
Picture this: 600 athletes from across Europe battling for glory and honor while you discover the latest innovations in the Vendor Village or level up your skills in hands-on workshops. For the first time ever, the action spreads across multiple competition floors – from one to at least two – for an even more dynamic, immersive experience. Arena Nova is buzzing with energy as the finals take over the Main Stage. The scent of healthy food fills the air, mixed with the sound of barbells hitting the floor. This is the Austrian Throwdown – where competitors become friends and spectators become athletes. History is made here. Every year.
