Flexibility is not a buzzword, but our construction method
If you are looking for an event location, you usually need one of two things: Either the huge stage or the intelligent subdivision for workshops and breakout sessions. With us, you don’t have to decide.
We scale with your requirements. The total area of our venue can be used from intimate 1,200 m² to huge 10,000 m². That is our greatest asset: We grow with your ticket sales or your exhibitor list.
Our Halls – Areas & Possible Uses
Each hall is versatile – whether for product presentations, industry meetings, or open-space events. The modular structure allows for maximum flexibility.
This is where history is written. With 5,580 square meters on two levels, Hall 1 is our flagship. If you have a headliner who is supposed to knock 4,000 people off their chairs, then this is your playing field. The dimensions are impressive: 18 meters of height create space for elaborate rigging constructions and light shows that have an impact down to the last row. The stands are retractable – a detail that event professionals appreciate. Sometimes you need a smooth parquet floor for a gala, the next day a rising seating arrangement for the perfect concert experience. We rebuild while others are still planning.
Sometimes an event doesn’t need a huge cave, but structure. At 1,240 square meters, Hall 2 is perhaps the cleverest option in our portfolio. Why? Because it can be divided. With just a few simple steps, we can turn one large area into three separate, soundproof rooms (310 m², 420 m², 470 m²).
This is worth its weight in gold for congresses that have to run in parallel, or if you want to strictly separate VIP areas from the main floor. Up to 600 people can be accommodated here – or three groups who can work undisturbed.
With 1,920 square meters and a clear height of 8 meters, this hall is the secret favorite of many trade fair organizers.
It is square, practical, easy to load and ideal for everything that eats up space, but still needs to remain clear. Sports events feel just as at home here as trade exhibitions.
Forget the sterile charm of old industrial halls. Hall 4 (1,305 m²) impresses with a visible wooden roof construction. That sounds like a detail, but it makes a huge difference to the feeling of space. The acoustics are warmer, the atmosphere less “cold”. Perfect for events where guests should still feel comfortable after five hours. Up to 900 people can be accommodated here.
Technology that doesn’t get in the way (but paves the way)
An event location can be so beautiful – if the power goes out, the party is over. We know that technology is the backbone of every event. That’s why you won’t find any makeshift solutions here.
- Electricity & rigging: Our halls are equipped with high-voltage connections and suspension points so that your technicians don’t have to improvise. We speak the language of your riggers and lighting designers.
- Connectivity: A comprehensive, high-performance WLAN system is as important today as running water. Whether it’s live streaming or thousands of guests who want to post at the same time – our line is up.
- Stage & AV: We provide flexible stage concepts, large screens and projectors. You bring the content, we bring the hardware.
And if you have special requests: Our technical director and his team are on site. We know every corner, every cable duct and every acoustic sweet spot in our halls.
Logistics: The nightmare of every organizer (but not here)
Let’s talk about what often becomes a problem five minutes before admission: Arrival and parking. Nothing kills the mood faster than guests who had to drive around in circles for 20 minutes.
The Arena Nova is located in Wiener Neustadt, strategically perfectly connected.
For the guests:
We have 1,000 parking spaces. Right in front of the door. No shuttles, no long walk. Get out, come in.
For the crew:
Delivery is a dream for every logistics specialist. Level access roads, large gates, short distances. When the 40-ton truck arrives with the equipment, it doesn’t have to circle, but can unload.
The location:
Via the A2 and S4, we can be reached quickly from Vienna and Burgenland. Your guests can also reach us by public transport via bus directly from the train station.
Catering: Full service or your own direction?
Food keeps body, soul and the mood of the visitors together. As a professional event location, we don’t force you into a corset. We work with proven partners such as Punti Catering, who know the venue like the back of their hand. From the quick conference break with coffee and snacks to the seated gala dinner for hundreds of guests, these professionals know how to cater for the masses without it tasting like mass processing.
